In addition to creating the most compelling advertising copy possible and broadcasting it directly to the driver community we work to ensure your advertising success by including back-office support at no additional charge. Receive respondent Calls – If you’ve ever recruited drivers you already know that roughly 95% of the drivers who respond to your advertisements will be a waste of your time. As part of our basic advertising package our experienced call center personnel will be there to respond to those inquiries calls on your behalf. Respondents who meet minimum qualifications will be forwarded to our recruiters for further screening against your requirements. Review the position with each respondent – Our recruiters discuss, with each respondent, his/her qualifications as well as the details of the position. Obvious mismatches are filtered out. Accept applications – Our experienced recruiters receive electronic applications from candidates on your behalf. Review applications - Based on your specification and our extensive experience, we review each application so that you don’t have to. Create an easy to read summary of each driver’s qualifications – Applications and resumes for those who meet your specifications are summarized in an easy to read, electronic format and sent to you for review. Our summaries include an overview of the applicant’s qualifications, as well as his/her work history, accident history and criminal history. Actual motor vehicle report can optionally be added to the summary report. Submit electronically - Candidate Summaries are emailed directly to your hiring authority and take only minutes to review. They are designed to allow you to quickly decide whom you want to interview and further consider for hire. Pipeline Management – After the advertising engagement is completed, your assigned recruiters continue to maintain a pipeline of candidates on your behalf. This allows us to fill any future needs you may have more quickly.
