Acting as your recruiting partner, we work with you to translate your driver requirements in to clear job specifications that we can use to accurately identify "right-fit" candidates for consideration. We then translate those specifications in to a compelling presentation that is likely to grab the attention of potential candidates, highlighting points that are of greatest importance to drivers.

After we are satisfied with the Presentation we've developed we draft a Sourcing Plan customized to your individual job requisition. We then begin contacting potential drivers and presenting the opportunity while simultaneously screening each candidate's qualifications. We measure each candidate against the job specifications we've developed with you.

Once we've identified qualified talent we perform an in-depth series of interviews. We then perform all regulatory compliance tasks on the best candidates, including a 10-year employment review, criminal history search, and a review of the candidates MVR.
